Pretty easy-going, one of few people in st andrews who actually follow the law about no set minimum lease length. That said, whilst pretty benign, he is incredibly moody, likes complaining about tenants to other tenants behind their backs instead of actually sorting issues up with them, especially about heating and electricity use - sets thermostat to ridiculously low temps whenever he is in a bad mood. Lots of house rules. His partner often stays over which makes already crowded house even more crowded.
